How to update payment details
If you have opted into the Subscription scheme to pay for any Season Passes/Season Tickets and need to update your payment details prior to automatic renewal for the following season, you can update your subscription payment details by logging into your Scottish Rugby Ticketing Account. For guidance on accessing your online account, please visit How do I access my Account Online?
Once logged in, click on the person icon which appears at the top right hand corner of the portal. Under the notification bar that appears, click View Account Menu at the bottom.
Select Season Subscriptions from the drop down menu.
Once you are on the Season Subscriptions page, click on the Amend Direct Debit Details button.
This will then allow you to amend your Direct Debit details.
Once you're happy with the information provided, simply click on VALIDATE DIRECT DEBIT.
How to Unsubscribe
Whether you paid by Direct Debit or Credit/Debit card you can UNSUBSCRIBE from the auto-renewal process at any time. You can do this by by logging into your Scottish Rugby Ticketing Account. For guidance on accessing your online account, please visit How do I access my Account Online?
Once logged in, click on the person icon which appears at the top right hand corner of the portal. Under the notification bar that appears, click View Account Menu at the bottom.
Select Season Subscriptions from the drop down menu.
Once you are on the Season Subscriptions page, click on the UNSUBSCRIBE.
Unsubscribing will mean that your season pass(s) will not auto-renew in the new season.
