This page will provide instructions on how you can log in to purchase a Scotland Season Pass.
If you are purchasing during the pre-sale window, you must ensure you are logged into the correct membership account to access your pre-sale benefit. For more guidance see step 1 below.
Step 1: Log into your account
To purchase a Scotland Season Pass please visit the Scottish Rugby Online Ticket Centre and log into your account. You must ensure you are logged into the correct account to access the sale.
Please note, due to the high volume of visitors to the site at one time, a surge queue may begin on the system and you will have to wait to enter the site. Sales will begin at 10am.
To check you are in the correct account, please ensure the client reference number on your email from us is the same number that appears under ‘My Account’ (person icon) when you log in online.

Step 2: Select the appropriate game and seats.
Once logged in select Scotland Season Pass 2024/25 from the list of games.
To select your seats, you can either browse the venue map and select the available green seat(s) or you can use the menu on the right-hand “View Available Sections.” You can see the view from each seat by clicking on the available seat.
You can toggle “Show Seats Together” on or off to allow you to view seats that are together only or single seats (having the 'show seats together' option turned off may show more available seats however there is no guarantee you would be able to purchase multiple seats close together this way).
If the "Show Seats Together" option is not showing - this is because only single seats are now available.
If the lower tier is a preferred option, you can select “show lower tier” this is the best way to see all available seats in these sections. Showing the full stadium or upper tier may hide available seats towards the back of the lower level.
The purchase limit is 4 per account.
Step 4: Reviewing your Passes & Opt-in to Subscribe (previously called auto renew)
After you have selected a seat(s), the view from this seat will show. At this stage you can make changes to the ticket type, for example to change from an Under 18 to an Adult.
Please note, if there are no Under 18 options available, this means that only Adult tickets are available at that category.
Once you are happy with your selection, click to add to your basket.
Click on your basket in the top right of the screen to review your order. Here you can select to Subscribe to automatically renew your season ticket next year. If you select the option to ‘Subscribe’, your Season Pass(es) will be automatically renewed for the following season (regardless of whether you paid in full by credit/debit card, or by direct debit).
If you do not select this box, your Season Pass(es) for the following season will be reserved in your ticketing account for a set window (which will be communicated prior to the renewal window each season), during which time you can choose whether or not you want to buy your pass(es) for the following season.
Once you have made any necessary changes and have confirmed your subscription preference, click 'Proceed to Checkout' at the bottom of the screen to make payment and confirm your booking.
Step 6: Making payment & Confirming booking.
At the payment stage you can choose to pay for your Pass(es) by Direct Debit or Credit/Debit card. Direct Debit payment dates will be displayed on the screen at this stage.
Please note if you manage passes for another supporter and make payment on their behalf, they will not receive a booking confirmation as these are only sent to the lead purchaser.
Once you have selected the payment method, follow the steps on screen and enter your details in full.
You can then click to ‘Review Order’ where you will be able to view a booking summary, including Subscription preference, and will be asked to agree to the Ticketing Terms & Conditions before being able to confirm your order.
Once you have confirmed your order, you will see a confirmation screen showing your Booking Reference Number.
You can review your order at any stage through your online account by logging in then clicking onto My Account (person icon) > View Account Menu > Account Management > Account History
