How do I pay for tickets online?
Payment online can be made using most major credit and debit cards, with the exception of American Express. Transaction and delivery fees are included within the overall ticket price for Scottish Rugby events.
Additional Fees may be applicable for events not run by Scottish Rugby (e.g. concerts or events by other organisers).
Any tickets required to be sent by Special Delivery will be subject to additional charges.
I am having difficulty booking online, what do you advise?
If you have trouble accessing your account please follow the following troubleshooting steps:
- Check your browser: we advise you to book with an up-to-date internet browser, and recommend Google Chrome, Internet Explorer or Firefox.
- Clear your cache.
- Check your Client Reference Number (if you have multiple accounts, it may be you are logging into the incorrect account) and reset your password.

and enter your client reference number (or membership number) and your surname.
If you no longer have access to the email address registered on your account, message us and we can arrange that to be updated. (If you are a Season Ticket holder, your client reference number can be found on the front of your season ticket. If you don’t have a season ticket, please call the Ticket Centre on 0131 346 5160 or e-mail email@example.com.

Update your address
You can update your address by logging on to your account and selecting 'My Account', Alternatively, you can send proof of address to firstname.lastname@example.org along with details of your old address and new address and we can update it for you.
Do you have concession pricing and or group discounts available?
Understanding that young people can be inspired through sport, Scottish Rugby has been offering clubs, schools and other youth groups special discounted rates and incentives for many years. To find out which events this is applicable to and how to apply, please visit Groups & Schools.
Concession pricing can differ from event to event (e.g. Under 12's, Under 18's, Students and Seniors). Please check the ticketing page on the Scottish Rugby website to find out if concessionary pricing is applicable to the event you are interested in attending. For student tickets, a valid matriculation card with photo ID must be presented at the turnstiles when entering the stadium.

How can I pick my seats?
Yes, after clicking on the event you want to purchase tickets for, select the "Choose my Own Seats” option. The available sections are shown in blueand the available seats also in blue. Once you select a seat you can choose what ticket type you want from those available. After this you can continue to select further seats. During busy sales periods we advise supporters to use the “Find Seats For Me” option, which selects the “Best Available” seats in your chosen configuration.
