In order to purchase on someone else's behalf, you can update your 'My Network' to link your accounts, this way you can purchase multiple tickets within the same booking and assign them to your friends.
Can I buy tickets for my friends and have their names on their tickets?
Yes. To purchase tickets on behalf of other people, simply update your 'My Network' and link your account to those account(s) for whom you are buying. This way you can purchase multiple tickets within the same booking.
What is “My Network”?
This allows you to link the ticketing accounts of family and friends so that when you buy tickets for a group of people they don’t all have your name on them!
How can I add someone to “My Network”?
To add someone to your network you will need their membership number/customer reference number.
- Log on to your online account and click ‘My Account’,
- Select ‘My Network’
- Select ‘Search for existing users’.
- You will be asked for the other person’s surname and client code (membership number/customer reference number), which will be on their season ticket.
If you don’t have their customer reference number, please ask the member to contact the Ticket Centre and a member of staff will be able to assist. This will link the account to your network and will allow you to buy tickets on behalf of both accounts.
How do I create or activate a new account on “My Network”?
If the account for the person you are buying for hasn’t been activated online, you can do this by clicking here https://www.eticketing.co.uk/scottishrugby/Authentication/ActivateAccount and entering the person’s client code/customer reference number and surname.
NOTE: When activating another account we advise using a separate email address. If this is not possible, then as a minimum please use an alternative password unique to that person’s account.
