Murrayfield and Irredeemable Debenture Holders are sent Booking Forms in the post each year. You should complete and return your forms along with payment to the BT Murrayfield Ticket Office by the deadline stated on the form. Other booking methods are possible, please see the reverse of your booking form for further information.
I've lost/ misplaced my Booking Form
Personalised replacement forms can be requested by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org . Alternatively, non-personalised replacement forms can be downloaded (link below). If you choose to download one of these forms, please ensure you use the correct form for your debenture type and complete all information required (e.g. Debenture Holder Number, Name and Address). Failure to do this may result in your form being returned to you unprocessed. Murrayfield Debenture Holders can use the Scottish Rugby e-ticketing site to purchase seats.
How many tickets can I apply for?
Murrayfield Debenture Holders are able to apply for one ticket per seat held for each home International match held at BT Murrayfield for the Six Nations Series.
Irredeemable Debenture Holders are entitled to purchase two tickets per Debenture for each International match played at BT Murrayfield.
When is the closing date for applications?
The Murrayfield Debenture deadline is 31 October. Scottish Rugby wants to ensure that as many supporters as possible are given the opportunity to purchase tickets to see the International team in action. Due to this, it is important that we know how many tickets have not been taken up by Debenture Holders so that these can be allocated to other sales groups such as Home Clubs and Youth Groups and Schools.
Irredeemable Debentures have until 31 December but it is advised that applications are made early as placement is made on a first come, first served basis.
What happens if I miss the deadline?
Bookings not made by the deadline are re-allocated to other prior rights groups as well as public sales. These tickets are immediately available to these groups and therefore it is unlikely that applications made after the deadline will be successful.
When will my tickets arrive?
This depends on the delivery option chosen at the time of booking:
- Mail: Scotland International tickets are usually dispatched approximately 2 weeks prior to the game if postage has been selected at the time of booking.
- Print-at-Home: If you have opted for Print at Home, these should arrive within 5-10 minutes of your booking to the email address given during the booking process unless otherwise stated. If this does not arrive, please check your ‘Junk’ and ‘Spam’ folders as these can often be filtered by email servers. If your tickets are not in these folders, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
- Collection: If you have chosen to collect your tickets, these can be collected in advance from the Scottish Rugby Ticket Centre, BT Murrayfield Stadium or on matchday, where we will be open until half time. We do strongly recommend that you collect your tickets for a Scotland game no later than 2 hours prior to kick off to avoid queues.
What should I do if I lose my tickets?
If you have lost your tickets for an event which Scottish Rugby maintains direct control over ticketing, or if you have not received your tickets by 2 working days before the match, please contact us by email on email@example.com. This email should include your full details, the section and seat numbers booked and the reason you are not in possession of the tickets. If tickets have been stolen, please provide a Police crime reference number. If your tickets have been posted to an old address, please try to make contact to retrieve the tickets before contacting us. We may be able to replace lost tickets however there will be a charge for this to be processed.
Can I sell my Debenture ticket on the secondary market?
Tickets can be gifted or transferred at face value only. In line with Scottish Rugby’s Ticketing Terms and Conditions, tickets must not be transferred or sold (or offered for transfer or sale) through any secondary ticketing service provider, auction site or website. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions will result in sanctions being imposed by Scottish Rugby on the person to whom the original ticket[s] were sold.
