The information on this page relates to Edinburgh Rugby and Glasgow Warriors season ticket holders from 2021/22 to request their refund for account credit.
If you have account credit to be refunded from your 2021/22 season ticket, you should now have received an email from us with information on how and when you will receive this. You can find step by step instructions on this page on how to claim your refund.
Submitting my details online
Step 1:
Visit our Online Ticket Centre at scottishrugbytickets.com.
Step 2:
Log into your ticketing account upon which your 2021/22 season ticket(s) are connected to. Click on the Account (person) icon which will appear on the top right hand corner of the website.

You must ensure you are logged into the correct account to be able to see your credit. To check you are in the correct account, please click on the account (person) icon when logged in and ensure that the client reference number here matches the one on your email from us.
Step 3:
Once logged in, click on the account (person) icon again and then click View Account Menu.
Step 4:
Under the account menu, click on Refund Request Form where you will be taken to a page to enter your details to request the refund.
Step 5:

On the form page, you will see the total amount of credit on your account to be refunded. Please enter the details requested on this page, taking particular care to ensure that the details are correct - once you have submitted these details these cannot be amended.
You will now see the total amount due back to you on the left hand side of the portal. Please enter the details requested on the right hand side of this page taking particular care to ensure that the details are correct.
If the information provided is incorrect this could lead to a delay in you receiving your refund. Therefore, please ensure these details are entered accurately to ensure the refund is paid into the correct account. Once you have submitted these details, these cannot be amended.
The deadline to complete the form and submit your details is Sunday 14 August.
Confirmation
Once you have submitted your details, you will be presented with the screen below showing Transfer Successful.
Further confirmation of your details being registered will also be emailed to you. Please ensure you check your spam/junk/promotions folders as emails from us can sometime end up in these folders depending on your email provider.

Wednesday 31 August - Latest day in which you should expect to see your refund in your account.
