Murrayfield debenture holders were issued a letter via post, scheduled to arrive by Saturday 19 September. If you have not received this letter please email ticket.centre@sru.org.uk
If you hold an Irredeemable debenture please see Irredeemable debenture FAQs
I already have a Murrayfield debenture, do I have to buy a Nevis Membership?
As a debenture holder you will get access to a pre-sale. Nevis memberships are now off-sale.
I have a Scotland Season Pass – what happens to this for Season 2020/21?
Season passes for season 2020/21 will be cancelled. Direct Debit payments have not been taken and anyone who paid for their season pass in full has been offered a full refund.
Will a Season Pass be available again for Season 2021/22?
We hope to be able to communicate plans for Season 2021/22 by the end of Six Nations 2021. If you pay for your Season Pass by Direct Debit and hope to continue doing so in the future, please do not cancel the Direct Debit with your bank.
I completed my Debenture applications forms for Autumn Tests 2020 / Six Nations 2021 and posted these back to the Ticket Centre – what will happen with these?
Whilst forms have been received, no payment will be taken for Autumn Tests 2020 or Six Nations 2021 and all booking forms will be destroyed safely and securely.
Due to the likelihood of physically distanced matches during Season 2020/21, I understand that I am unlikely to get a ticket for my Debenture seat(s), however, can I be guaranteed a ticket to Scotland games during season 2020/21?
A proportion of the available tickets will be made available for Debenture Holders and demand is likely to be more than we can supply therefore there is no guarantee you will get a ticket. What we can guarantee is that we will ring-fence a proportion of the available tickets for Debenture holders for each game and provide pre-sale access to this allocation in advance of any public sale.
How will I know when the pre-sale for each game is going to be?
You will receive an email in advance of any pre-sale. All pre-sale will be online only therefore it is important that you follow the instructions overleaf and ensure you can access your ticketing account.
I do not have an email address – how will I get access to the pre-sale?
Due to the anticipated tight turn around all pre-sales will be online therefore you must be able to access your online account. If you do not have an email address, you can nominate someone whose email address is added to your online account, thereby allowing to access the online pre-sale. In order to comply with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), simply send an email from the nominated person’s account to ticket.centre@sru.org.uk informing us of the nomination and we will update your account.
How many tickets will I be able to access in the presale?
At present we expect to offer up to a maximum of 4 tickets.
Can I get help setting up my online account?
Yes – our Customer Services Team are here to help. If you are unable to access your account by following the instructions provided in the recent Debenture mailing we recommend you contact us as soon as possible.
We are unable to operate an inbound contact centre at present, however, if you require further assistance or technical support, please e-mail ticket.centre@sru.org.uk and one of the team will be able to assist. It is important that you log in or activate your account well in advance of any pre-sale - to ensure you experience no delay, we recommend you do this no later than 1 week prior to any pre-sale date
