Irredeemable debenture holders were issued a letter via post, scheduled to arrive by Saturday 19 September. If you have not received this letter please email email@example.com
If you hold a fixed term Murrayfield debenture please see Murrayfield debenture FAQs
I already have a Irredeemable debenture, do I have to buy a Nevis Membership?
Thank you for your email. As a debenture holder you will get access to a ring-fenced allocation of tickets. Purchasing a Nevis membership will enable you to have another opportunity via the ballot. One Nevis membership permits you to apply for up to 4 tickets via the match ballots.
How do I know if I am an Irredeemable debenture holder?
Please check your Debenture certificate. Your Debenture will not be for a specific seat, it will instead be for up to 2 seats located within the lower west. Irredeemable debentures do not expire therefore no expiry date will be on the certificate.
I have a Scotland Season Pass – what happens to this for Season 2020/21?
Season passes for season 2020/21 will be cancelled. Direct Debit payments have not been taken and anyone who paid for their season pass in full has been offered a full refund.
Will a Season Pass be available again for Season 2021/22?
We hope to be able to communicate plans for Season 2021/22 by the end of Six Nations 2021. If you pay for your Season Pass by Direct Debit and hope to continue doing so in the future, please do not cancel the Direct Debit with your bank.
I completed my Debenture applications forms for Autumn Tests 2020 / Six Nations 2021 and posted these back to the Ticket Centre – what will happen with these?
Where ticket request forms have already been received, no payment will be taken for the original Autumn Tests 2020 and these forms will be destroyed in a safe and secure manner. We will however keep your Guinness Six Nations 2021 booking forms and book them as soon as we are able to do so. If you wish to withdraw your Six Nations ticket application, please confirm by email as soon as possible.
How will I know when to access tickets to games?
You will receive an email with instructions on how to access tickets and invited to call and book.
Bookings for the new Autumn Internationals will be taken over the phone once we are in a position to do so (we are currently awaiting Government approvals). We will email all Irredeemable Debenture Holders with instructions of when to book closer to the games. Please note that this could be within a few weeks of the match.
I do not have an email address – how will I receive information?
Due to the anticipated tight turn around all communication will be via email. If you do not have an email address, you can nominate someone whose email address is added to your online account, thereby allowing to access the online pre-sale. In order to comply with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), simply send an email from the nominated person’s account to firstname.lastname@example.org informing us of the nomination and we will update your account.
Will my seat be guaranteed within the centre of the West stand as normal?
Due to physical distancing requirements, we will be required to configure the stadium seating in a slightly different way to what you will be used to. We will therefore be unable to guarantee you a seat in the West Stand, and in order to be as fair as possible, will allocate seats on a first come, first served basis at the time of the sale for each match opening.
How many tickets will I be able to access in the presale?
As per the terms of your Irredeemable you are entitled to 2 tickets per Irredeemable debenture you hold.
