How do I renew my Scotland Season Pass(es)?
If you paid by Direct Debit during the 2022/23 season you are on the auto-renewal scheme, so you don’t need to do anything as your seats have already been secured for renewal in the 2023/24 Season. Please check that your Direct Debit is still active and that your account details are correct.
I didn't pay by Direct Debit, but I would like to secure my Debenture Seat(s) as Season Pass(es).
Your Season Pass is reserved for you in your ticketing account until Sunday 9 April 2023. After that, your Debenture Seats can only be purchased for individual matches.
For guidance on how to purchase your reserved Season Passes please visit Scotland Season Pass | How to Pay for a Reservation.
Your digital debenture pack will be available shortly - this will provide further instructions on how to pay for your Debenture seat(s) for individual matches.
I didn't purchase my Debenture seat(s) as Season Pass(es), can I still buy Match Tickets?
Yes, for information on how to secure tickets please visit How do I apply for my Debenture tickets?
How can I update my bank details for my Direct Debit if they change during the season?
Please contact us to update your bank details.
I also have an Irredeemable Debenture - can I purchase by Direct Debit?
Yes, however, Scotland Season Passes held by Irredeemable Debenture Holders cannot be automatically renewed. This is to ensure parity for all Irredeemable Debenture holders, regardless of whether they purchase match tickets or Season Passes: it is important that the rights and benefits of the Irredeemable Debentures are applicable to all, with seats allocated on a first come, first served basis each season, regardless of whether they are purchased as part of Scotland Season Pass(es) or as match tickets. Please see Irredeemable Debenture FAQs.
What are the prices?
Order Processing Fee
Scottish Rugby will apply a non-refundable booking fee per ticket / season pass to cover the overheads associated with the processing and issuing of tickets.
These fees will be added to bookings at the point of payment.
When are the Direct Debit collection dates?
Direct Debit payments will be taken in FOUR monthly instalments on the dates shown below.
Please remember to check with your bank to ensure your Direct Debit is still set up.
I no longer want to pay by Direct Debit, can I keep the same seat(s)?
As a Debenture Holder you can purchase your match tickets individually or part of the Season Pass. If you no longer wish to have Season Passes but wish to take individual match tickets instead, please ensure you write to us and let us know by Thursday 27 April if you wish to cancel your pass(es) and Direct Debit.
What else is included in the Scotland Season Pass?
As well as the five Scotland home Internationals in season 2023/24, the Scotland Season Pass also gives you pre-sale access to tickets to all Scotland Women and Scotland U20s home games during the season as well as invitations to exclusive events, including at least one Scotland training session.

Can I sell my Season Pass card on the secondary market?
No, Season Passes and match tickets are NOT permitted to be transferred or sold (or offered for transfer or sale) through any secondary ticketing service provider, auction site or website. Any passes or tickets found to be offered for sale on any secondary site will be contravening our ticketing Terms & Conditions and will be cancelled and made void. Anyone found to be selling passes or tickets in direct contravention of the ticketing T&Cs will be subject to appropriate sanctions and may be prevented from purchasing any further passes or tickets.
Will I receive new Season Pass cards?
Your 2023/24 Scotland Season Pass(es) will be issued via the Scottish Rugby Ticketing App
The Scottish Rugby Ticketing app was introduced last season as part of our ongoing drive to improve access, security and sustainability on Scotland matchdays, and all match tickets for Scotland’s seven home games were issued via the app. For the forthcoming season 2023/24 the Scotland Season Pass will also be issued via the Scottish Rugby Ticketing App and, like the match tickets, scanned at the turnstiles at BT Murrayfield for entry into the stadium.
Automatic Renewal Suspended
Because of Project 24/25 and the prospect of implementing alternative method of payment / renewal options, we will not be operating our usual Automatic Renewal scheme at the end of next season. We will be sure to communicate further information when available, alongside any relevant changes
Why is auto renewal being suspended?
Auto-renewal is being suspended as we know improvements are coming in the near future and very much hope to offer more options to our fans.
Will there be a Season Pass for Season 24/25?
Yes - the season pass has been extremely successful over the last 10 years and is a product we will continue to offer.
