I wish to renew my 2024/25 Scotland Season Pass(es) for season 2025/26 but would like to move or change to another category. Is this possible?
Opportunities to move are likely to be extremely limited. If you wish to explore this further, please contact us between Monday 7 – Friday 11 April only. Please note phone lines are expected to be extremely busy during this time.
Please note you will not be able to move seats during the renewal window and you must have renewed your existing season pass seat prior to the renewal deadline. Only purchasers with a 2025/26 Scotland Season Pass secured on their account will be able to enquire during this window.
I am a Subscription purchaser and my Season Passes are going to automatically renew but I need to change my ticket type (e.g. Under 18 to Adult), how can I do this?
If you opted in for subscription last year, your Season Passes for 2025/26 will automatically renew in the same seat and ticket type (e.g. adult, under 18) this year.
If you require to change your ticket type, you must log into your account before Thursday 20 March and click to unsubscribe. This will stop the booking and payment automatically renewing in it's current set up. For instructions on how to unsubscribe please visit How do I update my Subscription details? – Scottish Rugby.
You will then be required to put through the new booking at the correct ticket type. To do this, please log into your ticketing account online from 10am on Monday 24 March and your season pass will be reserved in your account at this time. You can then make any changes and process the booking by your selected method of payment for the season ahead. You can find full details here on how to make your renewal: Scotland Season Pass | How to Renew – Scottish Rugby.
I have renewed my Scotland Season Pass(es) for 2025/26, can I also purchase additional during the renewal period?
No, additional passes are not available during this renewal period.
The purchase limit for Season Passes is 4 per person. If you want to buy additional seat(s) you can do so during the public sale (or through the pre-sale window if you are a member of the Scotland Supporters Club). All purchases are subject to availability and there is no guarantee that any additional seats purchased during the pre-sale or public sale would be next to your current seats. Debenture Holders and existing Season Pass Holders who paid by Direct Debit and have already exceeded the limit of 4, will not be able to purchase any additional Season Passes.
My details have changed; how can I update these?
If any of your personal details have changed, or you expect them to change during the season (including bank details or contact information), please either update your details on your online account or email us at ticket.centre@sru.org.uk. You can find guidance on how to update your details online here: How do I update/amend my personal details?
What do I do if I need to cancel my Pass(es)?
Please email the Customer Services team as soon as possible during the renewal window. If after purchasing you want to stop your Pass(es) from automatically renewing for the season 2026/27, you can opt to unsubscribe through your online account. You can find guidance on how to do this here: How do I update/amend my personal details?
What are the prices for the 2025/26 Scotland Season Pass?
Why is there an Order Processing Fee?
Scottish Rugby applies a non-refundable booking fee per Season Pass (and match tickets) to cover the overheads associated with the processing and issuing of tickets. These fees will be added to your booking at the point of payment and are included in the prices in the table above.
If I don’t click to ‘subscribe’ this year, will I lose my pass(es)?
No, if you choose not to, or accidentally do not opt to subscribe this season, your Season Pass(es) for the following season will be reserved in your ticketing account during the renewal window (dates will be confirmed in renewal information prior to the following season), during which time you can choose whether or not you want to buy it/them for the following season. You can then opt to subscribe the following year should you wish to do so.
I have a Scotland Supporters Club Membership; do I need a Scotland Season Pass?
Supporters Club membership and the Scotland Season Pass are two different products, so having both depends on if you want to go to see any game. As you know, Supporters Club membership provides pre-sale access to ticket sales (and, with the SSC Plus membership, other benefits) over the course of a calendar year, while the Season Pass is the product that gets you into every game.
Please also note that if you become a Season Pass holder, this will affect the number of tickets you can purchase for future games within the season as a Scotland Supporters Club Member i.e. if the cap for a match is 2 tickets and you have 2 or more Season Passes, you will not be able to purchase within the priority access period with your Supporters Club membership.
Can I sell my Season Pass on the secondary market?
No, Season Passes and match tickets are NOT permitted to be transferred or sold (or offered for transfer or sale) through any secondary ticketing service provider, auction site or website. Any passes or tickets found to be offered for sale on any secondary site will be contravening our ticketing Terms & Conditions and will be cancelled and made void. Anyone found to be selling passes or tickets in direct contravention of the ticketing T&Cs will be subject to appropriate sanctions and may be prevented from purchasing any further passes or tickets.
How will I receive my Scotland Season Pass(es)?
The 2025/26 Scotland Season Pass will again be issued via the Scottish Rugby Ticketing App. You can then transfer any additional Season Pass(es) to other members of your party within the app – find guidance here. You should receive your Pass(es) no later than 10 days prior to the first game.
Where do I find the Ticketing Terms & Conditions?
