Season Ticket Memberships for the 2021/22 season are now open for renewal. The easiest way to renew is online however if you are having any issues online, you can contact the Scottish Rugby Ticket Centre on 0131 378 1600 between 10am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.
Please note: If you paid for your Season Ticket Membership by direct debit (auto-renewal) in 2019/20, it will NOT be automatically renewed for season 2021/22. However your seats are secured and reserved for you to purchase.

Accessing Your Renewal
You must ensure you are logged into the correct account with your membership on it to be able to access your renewal. For guidance on accessing your online account please visit our FAQs page How do I access my Account Online?. If you need any further assistance with accessing the correct account, please get in touch with the Customer Services team.
To renew, sign in to your Scottish Rugby Online Ticket Centre account. Here you will have a new notification 'You have season passes available Glasgow Warriors Season 2021/2022 – Buy Now'. Click 'Buy Now'.
If you have previously assigned your Season Tickets, you must add the individual members to your Network and set up 'MANAGE' ticket privileges to be able to see their Season Ticket Membership reservation through your account. Please follow the steps on our FAQ's page to set up the correct privileges.
Assigning Your Season Ticket Memberships
At a time when it is increasingly important for us to know who will be attending fixtures, it is more vital than ever that each Season Ticket Membership is attributed to the correct person. You can assign these to the individual holder at the checkout stage, prior to making payment for your tickets. To assign your Season Ticket Membership, you must add each individual member to your network through your online account. Paying for Your Season Ticket Memberships
At the payment stage, you will have the option to purchase by card, Direct Debit or use any existing Account credit.
Purchase or renew your Season Ticket Membership by Monday 19 July to take advantage of our Direct Debit scheme and pay for your Season Ticket in four manageable monthly instalments.
The Direct Debit payment dates for the 2021/22 season will be:
Tuesday 3 August
Friday 3 September
Tuesday 5 October
Wednesday 3 November
If you chose the account credit option from your 2019/20 Season Ticket, you will be able to use any remaining credit towards your 2021/22 Season Ticket Membership.
To use your credit towards your 2021/22 Season Ticket Membership purchase, you must select ‘Account’ as a method of payment at the checkout stage.
If you are purchasing on behalf of family or friends who have ticket credit in their account, you must add them to My Network and ask them to grant you privileges to Manage tickets by logging into their own network. You can then assign the Ticket to them at the checkout stage and use the credit. Please see more information on network privileges here. This can only be done online; the Customer Services team will not be able to use another member’s credit to purchase Season Ticket Memberships on your account.
Requesting a Seat Move
All Season Ticket Members who have renewed will have the opportunity to apply to change seats, subject to availability, during the ‘Change My Seats’ window. The ticketing team will be processing seat move requests from Monday 26 July - Friday 30 July.
The deadline to request a seat move was 10am on Monday 26th July and the form has now closed.
