Electronic tickets are used for all match tickets. These can be scanned on mobiles by downloading to your smartphone or you can print your tickets off. For guidance on downloading your digital tickets please follow the steps below.
Tickets should be received no later than 48 hours prior to an event. If you have not received your tickets please contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 0131 378 1600 weekdays 10am-4pm (excluding Wednesdays).
Your tickets will be sent to the email address on your account. The email containing your tickets should look like the below and will contain your digital tickets at the bottom.
Here you will have the choice to either download your ticket to your mobile phone by clicking Add to Apple Wallet (iPhone) or GPay Save to Phone (Android).
You can also select to print the PDF attachment and take this to the game.
Mobile tickets can be downloaded via Apple Wallet or Google Pay. Please ensure your apps are up to date.
After clicking the Apple Wallet link, the Apple Wallet app should open on your device – press ‘add’ in
the top right corner to add the ticket.
Once added you will be able to see the front of the ticket (displaying event name, date and kick-off time,
entrance, stand, row and seat number), with the back of the ticket available by clicking the three dots at
the top right hand corner (displaying event name, price class, block, client reference number, name, venue
Please ensure you have downloaded and installed Google Pay for your device.
After clicking the link the Google Pay app should open on your device, with the front and back of the
tickets showing the detail described above.
To access the back of the ticket, which includes event name, price class, block, client reference number,
name, venue and address, simply press the three dots in the top right corner of the ticket.
If you wish to share a ticket, simply press the three dots in the top right corner of the ticket – this should then give you the option to share or remove the ticket.
Please note the ticket will still appear in your wallet after sharing – you can remove the ticket to avoid
confusion. Tickets can always be re-added by downloading from the original email.
Please ensure you pass on the correct ticket, especially with regards to different price classes such as students or under 18 tickets.
