How do I renew my Scotland Season Pass(es)?
If you paid by Direct Debit during the 2022/23 season you are on the auto-renewal scheme, so you don’t need to do anything as your seats have already been secured for renewal in the 2023/24 Season. Please check that your Direct Debit is still active and that your account details are correct. If you have changed bank account since last season, please send us your up to date sort code and account number and we will update your ticketing account.
IMPORTANT: Please check your Direct Debit
Although we are planning to auto-renew your Season Pass(es) as normal, it is important that you undertake the following checks;
- Your Direct Debit is still active (has not been cleared down by either the bank or yourself)
- Your account details are correct. If you need to check that we hold the correct bank details, you can email us at email@example.com
How can I review my current booking?
To review your current booking details, please visit your Account History online. For full instructions please visit How do I review my order?

Please remember to check with your bank to ensure your Direct Debit is still set up.

I no longer want to pay by Direct Debit, can I keep the same seat(s)?
If you no longer wish to pay by Direct Debit, you won’t be able to have the same seat(s) for the 2023/24 season and beyond. Please contact us to cancel your Direct Debit and Season Pass(es).
If you would like to purchase new Passes by card, you should do this in the public sale, subject to availability, or through the pre-sale window if you are a member of the Scotland Supporters Club. For more information please visit 2023/2024 Scotland Season Pass | Public FAQs.

If you wish to move or upgrade your Season Pass(es) to another category, please contact us to discuss availability. Please Note: moved/upgraded pass(es) can only be paid for by Direct Debit (once the booking has been made, we will cancel your original booking). You have until Friday 24 March to move or make changes to your pass(es) where available.
Phone lines are expected to be extremely busy during this time. With Season Pass holders upgrading and moving seats, we expect to see availability changing over the period as seats are released.
Can I buy additional Season Passes at this time?

If you wish to purchase additional seat(s) you can do so during the public sale, subject to availability, or through the pre-sale window if you are a member of the Scotland Supporters Club. For more information please visit 2023/2024 Scotland Season Pass | Public FAQs.

If you wish to purchase additional seat(s) you can do so during the public sale, subject to availability, or through the pre-sale window if you are a member of the Scotland Supporters Club. How can I change the concession of a Season Pass?
If you need to change one of your pass types, please contact us before Friday 24 March.

I have a Scotland Supporters Club Membership; do I need a Season Pass?
The Scotland Supporters Club enables pre-sale access to Scotland Season Passes, which should be purchased separately. Please check that you are receiving our communications in order to ensure you do not miss information relating to pre-sale dates. The Season Pass is your ticket to all home games included in the season.
Please also note that if you become a Season Pass holder, this will affect the number of tickets you can purchase for future games within the season as a Scotland Supporters Club Member i.e. if the cap for a match is 2 tickets and you have 2 or more Season Passes, you will not be able to purchase within the priority access period with your Membership.
How can I cancel my Scotland Season Pass(es)?
If you wish to cancel your pass(es), please make the request in writing by e-mailing Scottish Rugby at firstname.lastname@example.org. You have until Friday 24 March to cancel your pass(es).
Can I sell my Season Pass card on the secondary market?
No - Season Passes and match tickets are NOT permitted to be transferred or sold (or offered for transfer or sale) through any secondary ticketing service provider, auction site or website. Any passes or tickets found to be offered for sale on any secondary site will be contravening our ticketing Terms & Conditions and will be cancelled and made void. Anyone found to be selling passes or tickets in direct contravention of the ticketing T&Cs will be subject to appropriate sanctions and may be prevented from purchasing any further passes or tickets.
Will I receive new Season Pass cards?
Following on from our successful introduction of match day tickets being issued through the Scottish Rugby Ticketing App, it is our intention to introduce our Season Pass product through the same method. This would mean that you would no longer receive a physical credit card style pass. By introducing the Season Pass to the Scottish Rugby Ticketing App, you will simply show your pass on your smartphone when presenting at any of our turnstiles. While it is our intention to introduce our Season Pass to the Scottish Rugby Ticketing App for the 2023/24 Season, we are currently working on its implementation. We will keep you fully up to date on our progress through emails and on our ASK pages.
As part of an ongoing evaluation of the supporter experience against the backdrop of increasing demand on our available seats, we will be spending this calendar year undertaking a full review of the seating manifest at BT Murrayfield.
As we enter the second decade of the Scotland Season Pass, it is important that we continue to provide the best availability for Scotland tickets whilst balancing the demands of the business. All aspects of the seating manifest will be considered with the intention of providing season passes, match packages, clubs, groups & school allocations, hospitality and commercial obligations and, importantly, satisfying the demand for accessible tickets.
The results of Project 24/25 will be known later in the year and any changes to the current Scotland Season Pass offering and any resulting impact (if applicable) to your current Season Pass seat(s) will be communicated in advance of the renewal period for Season 2024/25.
Automatic Renewal Suspended
Because of Project 24/25 and the prospect of implementing alternative method of payment / renewal options, we will not be operating our usual Automatic Renewal scheme at the end of next season. We will be sure to communicate further information when available, alongside any relevant changes.
Please note: it is only the automatic element of your renewal that has been suspended as we review the payment options available to our fans. You will be contacted regarding your Season Pass renewal towards the end of season 23/24.
Why is auto renewal being suspended?
Auto-renewal is being suspended as we know improvements are coming in the near future and very much hope to offer more payment / renewal options to our fans.
Will there be a Season Pass for Season 24/25?
Yes - the season pass has been extremely successful over the last 10 years and is a product we will continue to offer.
My contact details have changed; how can I update these?
