From the start of season 2022/23, all Scotland match tickets will be sent to the Scottish Rugby Ticketing App and your tickets will be linked in the App using the mobile number registered to your ticketing account. Therefore, you must ensure a valid mobile number is registered to your ticketing account.

Step 1: Open the Online Ticket Centre at scottishrugbytickets.com.
Step 2: Click on the account (person) icon which appears in the top right hand corner of the web page.
Step 3: You will be taken to the log in screen where you should enter your email address and password to sign into your account. For further guidance on logging into your account please visit How do I access my Account Online?
Step 4: Once logged in, click on the account (person) icon again at the top of the page to open your notification bar - this will show your name and client reference number. At the bottom of this bar, click on View Account Menu.
Step 5: On the Account Menu, click Account Details to update your information.
Step 6: Click Edit to make changes to your account. You will be asked to input your password again at this stage.
Step 7: Enter your mobile number including the correct dialling code for your country. Please ensure all other personal details are accurate and up to date on this page. Once complete, click Save at the bottom of the screen.
