How and when will I receive my ticket(s)?
You should expect to receive your tickets around 7 days in advance of the match. More information on how and when to expect your tickets will be shared in due course.
I’ve lost my ticket(s)/passes or they haven’t arrived, can you reissue them?
If you have lost, or not received your tickets, by 2 working days before the match, please contact us by email on ticket.centre@sru.org.uk or by replying to your confirmation email. This email should include your full details, the section and seat numbers booked and the reason you are not in possession of the tickets.
I need to upgrade a concession ticket to a full adult ticket. What should I do?
Please contact the Customer Services team prior to the day of the game on 0131 378 1600 (opening hours) with your ticket details and an agent will be happy to help.
Please note, tickets can not be downgraded (eg. adult to concession), they can only be upgraded (eg. concession to adult).

Match Day Information
Ticket Office Opening Times
The Ticket Office itself will not be open to the public prior to match day and we would ask that any requests, concerns and queries you may have must be dealt with either by calling or emailing the team prior to the match. For opening times please visit: Contact Us.
Match day opening times will be updated here closer to the time of the event.
Can I buy tickets at the stadium on match day?
Tickets should be purchased through scottishrugbytickets.com.
Can I bring my young child?
Children under two are admitted free of charge provided they sit on the parent or guardian’s knee. Matches are however extremely busy events with large crowds and loud music which may not be suitable for very young children.
What do I do if I find someone sitting in my seat with the same ticket, or if there’s a problem with my seat?
Contact your nearest steward; they are there to help you. We strongly encourage that any issues are brought to our attention on the day in order that we can resolve during your visit.
Can I bring a bag?
Supporters are urged where possible not to bring bags to the stadium. In any case, bags larger than A4 size (21cm x 30cm) will not be permitted unless required for medical or childcare reasons. No bag drop facilities will be provided at the stadium.
All bags no matter the size will be searched prior to entry to the stadium.
