TICKETING
Ticket Office Opening Times:
PLEASE NOTE: We would ask that any requests, concerns and queries you may have are dealt with either by calling or emailing the team. The Ticket Office itself is not open to the public on a non-event day however the Ticket Office will be open to walk-ins for any queries or assistance 2 days prior to each International match day.

Where can I buy match tickets?
Tickets can only be purchased directly from Scottish Rugby website through the link provided here: Scottish Rugby Online Ticket Centre
How do I receive my match tickets?
From this season all Scotland match tickets will be delivered via the new Scottish Rugby Ticketing App as part of our ongoing drive to improve access, security and sustainability on Scotland matchdays. Your Scottish Rugby ticketing account, through which you purchased your tickets, will link your tickets to the new App using the mobile number registered to your ticketing account. Your match tickets will then be sent to the app on your device, to be scanned at the turnstiles at BT Murrayfield for entry into the stadium.
We are encouraging all ticket purchasers to download the app as soon as possible. Tickets for all matches have now been issued, if you have not received your tickets to your app please check that the mobile number on your ticketing account is correct and up to date. If you have any issues please contact the Customer Services team by emailing ticket.centre@sru.org.uk.
I’ve lost my ticket(s)/passes or they haven’t arrived, can you reprint them?
If you have not received your mobile tickets on your app, by 4 working days before the match, please contact us by email on ticket.centre@sru.org.ukor by replying to your confirmation email. This email should include your full details, the section and seat numbers booked and the reason you are not in possession of the tickets.
If you have lost your Scotland Season Passes, these can be reprinted however there is a £10 fee on each reprint.
I need to upgrade a concession ticket to a full adult ticket. What should I do?
Please contact the Customer Services team prior to the day of the game on 0131 378 1600 (opening hours see above) with your ticket details and a member of staff will be happy to help.
Whilst upgrades can be processed on match-days, we strongly advise supporters to do this in advance to avoid delays. Tickets can only be upgraded on the day of the match by the ticket purchaser.
I have a season pass – how do I enter the stadium?
Scotland Season Pass holders must bring their pass to the stadium on each match day. The pass can then be scanned at any turnstile on entry.
Please ensure you bring the correct Season Pass Card – this will say 2022/23 on the front:

All Scotland Season Pass Holders have now been sent a new 2022/23 Scotland Season Pass card that looks like this. Please remember to bring this with you to each game.
I don’t have a ticket; can I get one outside the stadium on the day?
We would encourage spectators to buy tickets in advance from the Scottish Rugby website. Supporters should not purchase tickets from any unofficial sources prior to or on match day.
Can I buy and sell tickets anywhere else online?
Scottish Rugby do not have an official secondary ticketing partner and therefore tickets should only be purchased from Scottish Rugby directly through the following link - Scottish Rugby Online Ticket Centre.
Scottish Rugby actively discourage the activities of ticket touts and any tickets for sale on known secondary ticketing websites will be investigated and those seats will be cancelled.
Can I bring my young child?
Children under two are admitted free of charge provided they sit on the parent or guardian’s knee. Matches are however extremely busy events with large crowds and loud music which may not be suitable for very young children.
Baby changing units are available in the disabled toilets in the lower West Stand in both the North and South corners. The doors are marked with baby changing signs.
BT Murrayfield offers two parenting rooms – the first, accessible from the concourse behind the East Stand (North corner). Please ask one of our Blue Crew volunteers or a steward for access to the facility. A second parenting room is located in the West Fan Village, beside the DAM Health Stadium.
There is one dedicated buggy drop off point within the stadium. This is next to the South Tunnel. Please speak with your nearest steward to be directed.
I have problems with my mobility; can I get assistance to my seat?
To make your match day experience as relaxing as possible, our match day assistance team are able to meet you and assist you to your section.
To request stadium support please e-mail ticket.centre@sru.org.uk as early as possible and let us know what assistance is required. We do advise arranging this prior to match day as demand for this service is extremely high and may reach capacity.
A limited number of wheelchairs are available to assist you on the day, please enquire for more information.
My mobility has been affected since I bought my ticket. What if I’m physically unable to get to my seat?
If there is any change in your circumstances, please contact the Customer Services team as soon as you can and we will try to find a more suitable seat for your circumstances - subject to availability.
What do I do if I find someone sitting in my seat with the same ticket, or if there’s a problem with my seat?
Contact your nearest steward; they are there to help you. We strongly encourage that any issues are brought to our attention on the day in order that we can resolve during your visit.

TRANSPORT
Road Closures & Restrictions
There are a number of temporary traffic restrictions in place on nearby streets on matchday. Visit the Edinburgh Council website for full details of traffic and parking restrictions. Supporters attending any of the fixtures using any nearby on-street parking are advised to check the timings of the road closures as you may be parked within an area that is affected by the various post-match closures. Please consider local residents and avoid parking on grass verges, on pavements, at junctions or across driveways.
The nearest areas to drop passengers off for the stadium pre-match are located on both sides of Corstorphine Road near to Murrayfield Ave, Russell Road (which must be accessed from Gorgie) and on both sides of Westfield Road adjacent to/opposite Sainsbury’s supermarket, these will be indicated with signage. Please note that pedestrians are prohibited from the West Approach Road so MUST NOT be dropped off on this road. Please also DO NOT attempt to drop off at either end of Roseburn Street once this is closed for crowd safety (approx. 2 hrs prior to kick off).
Pedestrian Management
To ensure pedestrian safety and to minimise traffic disruption, pedestrian movement will be safely managed around the Haymarket area following the match.
Those heading back into the city centre or Haymarket Station may experience delays due to the pavement width available for the number of supporters heading along this corridor. Alternative routes back to the city centre are available via Magdala Crescent, Coates Gardens or Rosebery Crescent. Access into Haymarket Station will be managed across the tram tracks. Trams will still be running so please be patient and take advice from the stewards and Police who are there to ensure your safety.
It is imperative you allow plenty of extra time for your journey to the game. There are plenty of activities to enjoy at BT Murrayfield before the match, with lots of food and drink options available.
ON FOOT
BT Murrayfield is approximately a 45-minute walk from Edinburgh city centre e.g. (Wavereley Station). From Princes Street head onto Shandwick Place (A8) which leads on to Atholl Place, then onto Haymarket Terrace. Continue on the A8 until Roseburn Street and turn left (at the Roseburn Bar). There are a range of shops, bars and restaurants along the route, including the Murrayfield Bar, just past Roseburn Street which is also popular with rugby fans.
Please note: after the match the walking route back into town may change due to crowd control measures (e.g. there may be pedestrian management in place around Haymarket).
TURNSTILES
Where are the turnstiles?
Turnstiles are situated at each side of the ground so no matter which direction you’re coming from, you’ll easily be able to get into the stadium.
North: accessible from Corstorphine Road and along Riversdale Crescent, the turnstiles are beside Murrayfield Ice Rink.
North East: access from Roseburn Crescent, which runs along the south edge of Roseburn Park.
South and East: the main bank of turnstiles off Roseburn Street.
West: turnstile lanes are located behind the west stand and can be accessed from Riversdale Crescent, Roseburn Street and Baird Drive Bridge along our pedestrian walkway.

Large crowds are expected, and we recommend that supporters in possession of their tickets arrive at the turnstiles no later than 30 minutes before kick-off to ensure they reach their seats on time.
CAR PARKING
Where can I park?
There is no public parking available at BT Murrayfield for our Six Nations games.
Is there parking for disabled supporters?
Any accessible parking requests should be emailed to ticket.centre@sru.org.uk and our team will be able to help. In order to make your matchday experience as easy as possible drop off is available on roads surrounding the stadium 2 hours prior to kick off, subject to road closures.
Where can I park my coach or minibus?
Coach and minibus parking is not available at BT Murrayfield Stadium.
Coaches and minibuses are directed to parking areas along the A8 Corstorphine Road. All coach and minibus drivers should approach BT Murrayfield from the A8 Corstorphine Road where they will be directed to park by marshals in orange jackets.
It is vital that drivers co-operate and follow instructions and directions to ensure maximum capacity. Coaches and minibuses should not arrive more than three hours before kick-off. The first vehicles to arrive will be parked nearest to the stadium, facing west to ensure an easier departure.
What can I bring to the matches?
Bags, Rucksacks or suitcases

Can I bring a bag?
Supporters are urged where possible not to bring bags to the stadium. In any case, bags larger than A4 size (21cm x 30cm) will not be permitted unless required for medical or childcare reasons.
Anyone bringing a bag larger than A4 for medial or childcare reasons should go to a designated turnstile where bags will be searched and tagged prior to entry into the stadium. Please be aware that access via this route to the stadium may take slightly longer than through non search lanes.

Can I bring along my Bagpipes in their case?
Bagpipes are an integral part of creating the very unique atmosphere that BT Murrayfield is known for and will be permitted at events at BT Murrayfield.
All cases used in the transport of bagpipes will be searched before entry is gained.
Chilly Bottles, Flasks of tea, coffee or any other liquids
Chilly bottles and flasks are not permitted. Their contents will be tipped out and the containers will have to be left outside the stadium.
Food
You may bring small amounts of food into the stadium for medical or childcare reasons, for your own use.
Soft drinks & juices
In line with other major venues, only sealed plastic bottles of water or soft drinks up to 500ml can be brought into the stadium. No cans will be permitted.
Air horns
Only mechanised air horns (blow-through or wind-up) are allowed inside the stadium. Pressurised containers are not permitted.
Cameras
Small amateur cameras are permitted, but large professional cameras are not. By small, we mean pocket-size digital cameras or SLR cameras with zoom lenses no more powerful than 300mm. Tripods are not permitted.
Flags
Yes! The more Scotland flags brought to the stadium the better – just make sure the sticks are no more that 1m tall and there’s no ‘pointy bit’ on the end!
What else is available at the stadium?
Announcements
We will consider all requests for PA announcements and ‘shout-outs’ which can be sent to shoutouts@sru.org.uk. However, it is at the discretion of Scottish Rugby whether we are in a position, time permitting, to read them all out.
Toilets
There are additional toilets placed around the stadium periphery and in the West Fan Village. These can be identified by our ‘lads’, ‘lassies’ and ‘accessible’ signs. A gender-neutral toilet is located in the West Fan Village.
Baby changing facilities
There are changing units in the disabled toilets in the lower West (South) stand area and in the lower West (North) stand area. The doors have the appropriate baby changing signs on them. There is also a parenting room, accessible from the concourse behind the East stand (North corner) – please ask one of our Blue Crew volunteers or a steward for access to the facility. A second parenting room is located in the West Fan Village, beside the DAM Health Stadium.
Changing Places Toilet
We have a Changing Places Toilet available located in vomitory 7 next to the Macron shop in the Southwest corner of the stadium.
Cash facilities
There are no cash facilities onsite. Our bars, catering outlets and concession stands accept card only, with the exception of our Scottish Rugby stores which accept cash.

Any of our knowledgeable Blue Crew volunteers will be able to help you with any questions you may have about the game, the stadium and the events of the day.

Tuck into range of tempting dishes and most exciting flavours from Mexican, Gourmet Burgers, Toasties, Asian Salt & Chilli Chicken, Fresh Catch of the day, Pasties, Cheese Steaks, Freshly Made Pizza & Wraps.
There are dedicated Vegan outlets and range of Gluten free options available in every stand of the stadium.
We offer a mix of draught bars and can bars in the west fan village, including our upper concourses on the west.
We pour pints of Tennent’s Lager, GUINNESS, and Caledonia Best, all served in recyclable pints cup. Our range of Cans include Tennent’s Lager, Drygate Seven Peaks IPA, Magners Cider, Magners Dark Fruit & Edinburgh Gin & Tonic, Rhubarb & Ginger. We have a full range of single serve wines as well as a selection of soft drinks, such as Coca-Cola Zero and Diet Coke, IRN-BRU, and Strathmore still water.
Look out for our New Gin bar from Edinburgh Gin in the West Fan Village offering Classic Gin & Tonic and Edinburgh Gin with Rhubarb & Ginger. Our sports bar, the Tennent’s Lager Up & Under, is open to all in the south west of the stadium, serving a full draught range of Tennent’s Lager, Drygate Seven Peaks IPA, Magners Cider and Caledonia Best as well as a range of non-alcoholic drinks. Alternatively, if you’re looking for bubbles, look out for Wine bar & Champagne bar in the West Fan Village.
We will have Non-Alcoholic lager and Gluten free Lager available from most locations.

Entertainment & Merchandise at BT Murrayfield
West Fan Village
Make the most of your match day ticket and join in the pre-match build-up and carry on the post-match fun in our West Fan Village. There are bar facilities, hot food and entertainment. It will all be open again after the game, so avoid the queues in town and join in the banter here at BT Murrayfield!

Visit the North Stand for your match day fix of tasty food, cold beers and watch out Scotland playlist band perform!
A large Macron marquee is here to provide you with an endless amount of merchandise and memorabilia.

In the South Stand there is a great selection of food and cold or hot drinks! Make sure you visit our Macron Shop and Tennent’s Up and Under Bar, where we will be showing the following games:

Scotland Team Arrival
The Scotland team is due to arrive at BT Murrayfield Stadium approximately an hour and a half before kick-off on match day. You can welcome the Scotland players by congregating along the roadside or on the stairs and upper concourse immediately behind the West stand. Get there early to secure your spot!
A dedicated viewing area is available for wheelchair users. Our Blue Crew and Stewards will be on hand to direct you to this location located close to the Main Reception.
Match programme
A souvenir programme will be available from sellers located around the stadium, priced £5; look out for the blue stands with digital boards above them.
REF TALK
Battery operated handsets with earphones allow you to hear the referee throughout the game. They are available from sellers located around the stadium, priced £8. If for any reason you have issues with your handset please speak to someone at the Ticket Office in the East or one of the sellers located outside the Macron marquee at the North of the stadium or at the Macron store at the West.
Shop
The Scottish Rugby Store, situated in the West stand (South corner), will be open from when hospitality turnstiles open until an hour after final whistle.
Marquees shops selling merchandise will also be behind the North and East stands (open from when general turnstiles open until an hour after final whistle).
Supporter Wellbeing
Scottish Rugby wants everyone who comes to BT Murrayfield to have a great match day experience. Supporters are encouraged to be mindful of others while enjoying all that is on offer. Scottish Rugby does not encourage nor tolerate ‘booing’ of the opposition at any point during the game and asks all fans to refrain from engaging in this activity.
The stadium is situated in a residential area and Scottish Rugby asks you to please be mindful and respectful of local residents and their property when entering and leaving the ground. Please do not take any drinks with you when you leave, and please dispose of your rubbish in the bins provided.
Feel unwell?
We have a full medical team on duty for your safety and wellbeing, including First Aid, paramedics and doctors. If you feel unwell, please contact your nearest steward, who will direct you to further help. The First Aid room is located at ground level in the Southwest corner of the stadium (near the Scottish Rugby store).
