What is Ticket Exchange?
Ticket Exchange is Glasgow Warrior's official online resale platform which enables Season Ticket holders* the ability to release and re-sell a ticket for their designated seat for certain sold out fixtures. they are no longer able to attend.
*this applies to full Season Ticket holders only, Ticket Exchange is not currently available for Half Season Tickets or Packages

Ticket Exchange Important Information

Ticket Exchange is not available for all fixtures. Glasgow Warriors will decide which matches are eligible for Ticket Exchange at our sole discretion in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. If a Match is sold out and Glasgow Warriors opts to enable the Ticket Exchange facility, you may sell your Ticket(s) via the Ticket Exchange Facility.
(The Ticket Exchange option is not available for the 1872 Cup derby match between Glasgow Warriors and Edinburgh Rugby)
If your Season Ticket seat sells, the pro rata value will accumulate and be refunded at the end of the season. Any Season Ticket holder with a credit from Ticket Exchange will receive communication at the end of the season with instructions on how to claim.
NO REFUNDS: Tickets purchased through Ticket Exchange are non-refundable and non-transferable after the point of purchase.
Available tickets are listed at the face value rate, which varies depending on the exact seat location and category of the fixture. Availability will depend on which Season Ticket holder(s) have chosen to list their seat(s).
If you change your mind, you can remove your seat from Ticket Exchange at any time, providing it has not been sold. Once a ticket has been sold through Ticket Exchange we are unable to reverse this. If you sell your seat(s), you agree to relinquish all of your Season Ticket rights in relation to the relevant match, regardless when it is played (i.e if your seat is sold but the match date/time changes, you will require to purchase a ticket to attend the rescheduled fixture, subject to availability).

Ticket Exchange for Glasgow Warriors matches will close 1 business day prior to the match. I.e. for Saturday or Sunday games this will close at 4pm on Friday. For Friday fixtures, Ticket Exchange will close on Thursday at 4pm.
Any unsold ticket(s) will automatically be removed from Ticket Exchange and added back to your Season Ticket to use for the match. If you are unable to attend you may pass to friends or family.
How do I sell my Season Ticket seat on Ticket Exchange?
Step 1: Log into your ticketing account upon which your season ticket is connected to. Click on the Account (person) icon which will appear on the top right hand corner of the website.

You must ensure you are logged into the correct account to be able to see your credit. To check you are in the correct account, please click on the account (person) icon when logged in and ensure that the client reference number here matches the one on your email from us.
*Please note: If you are listing on behalf of another season ticket holder, you must have set up your Network to enable you to Manage Privileges on behalf of another season ticket holder.
Step 2: Once signed in, click the icon in the top right corner of the home screen. In the drop-down menu, under notifications, click ‘Manage Tickets’
Step 3: Select the fixture(s) you are unable to attend. This will only show if the game(s) are eligible for Ticket Exchange
Step 4: Select the seats you wish to list for resale from those available within your network
Step 5: Click ‘Sell on Ticket Exchange’.
Step 6: Click ‘Review Order’ and ensure you have agreed to the terms and conditions.
Step 7: Next, press ‘Complete Purchase’
You will receive an email to confirm your seat has been listed successfully. It will now be visible on the ticketing platform, identified as a resale seat in pink. If your seat(s) sell, you will also receive an email notifying you of this.
