To make your match day experience as relaxing as possible, we have a dedicated team who are the point of contact for all accessible support and provide wayfinding at the stadium and can provide assistance to your section.
Our Accessible Support team are positioned at the accessible entrances at the North (Ice Rink) turnstiles and at the Gatehouse (opposite tram stop) when turnstiles open. This team can be identified by their pink bibs.
During the event, accessible support can be requested via any team member with a radio or by visiting the Stadium Hubs located on ground level in each stand.
Whilst we will always endeavour to satisfy requests for stadium support, we would ask that you contact us 5 working days in advance of the event you are attending should you require any accessible support. Any requests received after this time cannot be guaranteed.
