The information on this page relates only to Edinburgh Rugby season ticket holders who have received an email and have been invited to claim their refund for the tickets sold via Ticket Exchange during season 2023/24.

Submitting my details online
Step 1:
Visit our Online Ticket Centre at scottishrugbytickets.com.
Step 2:
Log into your ticketing account upon which your 2022/23 season ticket(s) are connected to. Click on the Account (person) icon which will appear on the top right hand corner of the website.
For guidance on accessing your online account, including resetting your password, please visit How do I access my Account Online?
You must ensure you are logged into the correct account to be able to see your credit. To check you are in the correct account, please click on the account (person) icon when logged in and ensure that the client reference number here matches the one on your email from us.
If the client reference number doesn’t match, this means you have more than 1 ticketing account and you must log into the right one to access your credit. You should reset your password using your email address and the client reference number provided in your email from us to create a unique password for the correct account to differentiate from any others associated with your email address. If you have any issues accessing the correct account, please contact the Customer Services team through the link at the bottom of the page and a member of the team will be able to assist further.
*Please note: If you are claiming on behalf of another season ticket holder, you must log into each individual account to claim the refund. You will not be able to claim the refund for multiple season tickets under one account.
Step 3:
Once logged in, click on the account (person) icon again and then click View Account Menu.
Step 4:
Under the Account Management in the account menu, click on Refund Request Form where you will be taken to a page to enter your details to request the refund.
Step 5:
On the form, you will see the total amount of credit on your account to be refunded. Please enter the details requested on this page, taking particular care to ensure that the details are correct.
If any of the information provided is incorrect this could lead to a delay in you receiving your refund - once you have submitted these details, these cannot be amended.
Confirmation
Once you have submitted your details, you will be presented with a final screen showing Transfer Successful. Payment will be made in line with the dates communicated via email.
Further confirmation of your details being registered will also be emailed to you. Please ensure you check your spam/junk/promotions folders as emails from us can sometime end up in these folders depending on your email provider.
