The below instructions explain how to pay for reserved Season Pass(es). This is only relevant if you purchased your Season Pass(es) by Direct Debit for season 2023/24 or if you are a Murrayfield Debenture Holder and we have contacted you and invited you to log in and pay for your Pass(es) should you wish to renew.
If you are looking to subscribe to your season pass so that they automatically renew next year, you need to ensure that you have selected the ‘subscribe’ box before proceeding with the payment. You can do this once you have added your season pass(es) to your basket, please see instructions under step 4.

This short video guide will follow the process on how to renew your Scotland Season Passes, and you can find full step-by-step instructions below.
PLEASE NOTE: Details including pricing, seat details, Direct Debit dates and client reference number noted in this video are for example purposes only. For information specific to your Scotland Season Pass(es)/Ticketing Account, please refer to your online account or email communications from us.
Step 1: Log into your account
Please log into your Scotland Season Pass account through the Scottish Rugby online ticket centre. You must ensure you are logged into the correct account to be able to see all of the passes available to you.
To check you are in the correct account, please ensure the client reference number on your email from us is the same number that appears under 'My Account' (person icon) when you log in online.

Step 2: How to find your passes
Your Scotland Season Pass(es), and any others that you manage on behalf of other supporters through your network, will show in your 'Notifications' bar. When you log into your account, click the red dot on the person icon to view your notifications.
Click ‘Buy Now’ to take you to the breakdown of your reserved Passes.

Step 3: Reviewing your passes
After clicking ‘Buy Now’ you will be shown a breakdown of all reserved Season Passes on your account.
All of the passes will be selected by default so you must untick any you do not require/do not wish to renew. The name of the ticket holder and their client reference is shown next to each seat.
Once you have selected all the seats you require, click 'Add to Basket'. If you need to make any changes to the ticket type (Adult / Under 18), you can do this at the next stage.
Step 4: Making required changes and Opt-in to Subscribe (previously called auto renew)
At this stage you can make changes to the ticket type, for example to change from an Under 18 to an Adult. To do this, please use the drop-down menu next to the relevant Season Pass seat details to change the Class.
Please note, if there are no Under 18 options available on the drop down menu, this means that only Adult tickets are available at that category.
Here you can also select to Subscribe to automatically renew your season ticket next year. If you select the option to ‘Subscribe’, your Season Pass(es) will be automatically renewed for the following season (regardless of whether you paid in full by credit/debit card, or by direct debit).
If you were a Season Pass holder who previously paid by Direct Debit and therefore were automatically enrolled in the previous automatic renewal scheme, you must tick the box at this stage to opt-in to automatically renew going forward.
If you do not select this box, your Season Pass(es) for the following season will be reserved in your ticketing account for a set window (which will be communicated prior to the renewal window each season), during which time you can choose whether or not you want to buy your pass(es) for the following season.
Debenture Holders – please note that if you are a Debenture Holder you will not have the option to subscribe here due to the debenture holding being a transferable legal asset. Your Debenture seat(s) will be made available for you to purchase each season as a Scotland Season Pass should you wish to do so.
Once you have made any necessary changes and have confirmed your subscription preference, click 'Proceed to Checkout' at the bottom of the screen to make payment and confirm your booking.
Step 5: Making payment & Confirming booking
At the payment stage you can choose to pay for your Pass(es) by Direct Debit or Credit/Debit card. Direct Debit payment dates will be displayed on the screen at this stage.
Please note if you manage passes for another supporter and make payment on their behalf, they will not receive a booking confirmation as these are only sent to the lead purchaser.
Once you have selected the payment method, follow the steps on screen and enter your details in full.
You can then click to ‘Review Order’ where you will be able to view a booking summary, including Subscription preference, and will be asked to agree to the Ticketing Terms & Conditions before being able to confirm your order.
Once you have confirmed your order, you will see a confirmation screen showing your Booking Reference Number.
You can review your order at any stage through your online account by logging in then clicking onto My Account (person icon) > View Account Menu > Account Management > Account History
