What is the Scotland Supporters Club?
The Scotland Supporters Club is open to all adult Scotland supporters wherever they live in the world. For many, the key benefit of membership is the pre-sale access to purchase match tickets before any general sale, plus the opportunities to meet the players during the season. However, for those who are not able to attend the games, fans still receive issues of the new members-only digital magazine throughout the year as well as a digital ‘Welcome Pack’. Memberships are available to purchase at any time throughout the calendar year, but we encourage fans to buy early in order to take advantage of as many benefits over the year as possible.

Can I buy the membership now?
Yes - the Scotland Supporters Club for 2022 is open now.
Is there a limit to the number of memberships I can buy?
Yes - it is one per person.
Which ticket sales are members given prior access?
Members are given access to every sale throughout the year, including Scotland Season Pass and all individual match ticket sales, for Scotland, Scotland Women and Scotland U20s.
Will I be able to buy tickets for Scotland’s away games?
No. The match ticket presales relate to home matches only.
Is there a limit to the number of match tickets I can access with my membership?
The ticket limits will reflect the ticket limits applied to each match, with the minimum being 2.
Please note that your ability to purchase within a specific game in a priority access window may be affected should there be a cap in place i.e. the match has a cap of 2 tickets and your debenture/club allocation is 2 or more, you will not be able to purchase additional as part of your Scotland Supporter's Club Membership.
If I buy a Supporters Club Membership will I be guaranteed tickets to Scotland matches?
When purchasing this membership, you will be given access to a pre-sale to matches - we cannot guarantee you will secure tickets.
Scottish Rugby’s ability to offer tickets for matches is totally dependent on the Scottish Government and their decisions on all public gatherings and events.
If crowds are not permitted to the games, will I get a refund on my membership?
There will be no refunds on membership purchases. Please review our Supporters Club Terms and Conditions in advance of purchase. Specifically 5.3, extract below;
5.3 For the avoidance of doubt, Membership does not guarantee that a Member will be entitled to purchase a match ticket for any match or to attend any of Scottish Rugby’s matches. Further, in line with Covid-19 restrictions, the offering by Scottish Rugby of a Membership does not guarantee that any matches will be made available for crowds during the Term.

I am a Scotland Season Pass holder – what happens to my season pass?
The Supporters Club Membership is different to the Scotland Season Pass.
How has the membership changed from previous seasons?
As well as there being only one membership period (January to December) all benefits Scotland Supporters Club are now online: we have moved away from paper-based products so you will receive a digital welcome pack and digital membership card, as these are no longer being sent by post.
What do I get a digital membership card for?
Your membership card will be sent to you to download to your smartphone. If, for example, you apply to attend a training session or other Scotland event, your card will be activated for that specific event to allow you to gain entry by having your membership card on your smartphone scanned or shown at the entrance.
What if I do not have a smartphone or cannot download my digital membership card?
If you do not have a smartphone and are unable to download your digital card, you will be invited to email us prior to the event and you will be sent an e-ticket for you to print at home and bring along with you.
What happens if COVID-19 restrictions are still a threat?
In the event that we have a restricted crowd capacity for any game or event, members will still be invited to apply for tickets but this may be subject to a ballot.
Is there a children’s version of the Scotland Supporters Club?
Yes, the Junior Supporters Club is available especially for the Scotland Team’s youngest fans. There are three different membership levels, each with different benefits to suit the age of the young Scotland fan. You must be over 18 to buy a young person one of these memberships. Our Junior Supporters Club has three different memberships, each with different benefits to suit the age of the young Scotland fan: Up to 4 years: Little Lochies, 5-12 years: Junior Thistles and 13-17 years: Scotland Pack.
What is happening to the NEVIS and MACDUI memberships?
The NEVIS and MACDUI membership tiers replaced the Scotland Supporters Club and all international match tickets and packages for the 2020/21 season, which had to be temporarily suspended last year because of the disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
As the NEVIS and MACDUI were for season 20/21 only, the sale of those has closed and any benefits have expired. Should you wish to have pre-sale access to tickets for future seasons, you should purchase a Scotland Supporters Club membership.

Digital ‘Welcome Packs’ will be emailed to members 5 working days after purchase - separately to your digital membership card.

What do I do if I don’t receive my digital pack or membership card?
Your welcome pack and membership card can take 5 working days to be delivered electronically.

I’m buying a membership for a friend/family member. How can I send the welcome pack and digital card (with their name on it) to their email address, but the receipt to my email address?
You must first have the other person on your network before purchasing. If you have not done this, please follow these steps: Buying multiple tickets via My Network
To purchase for someone else, you must be logged into your account. Add the membership to your basket and before completing the order, select ‘reassign’ and assign the membership to the individual you wish to assign it to. Whilst you will get the confirmation email, the assigned member will receive the digital Welcome Pack and Membership Card.
