Yes. The EU General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) came into force in May 2018 and are implemented in the UK by the Data Protection Act 2018 (replacing the Data Protection Act 1998). Representing one of the most important changes in data privacy regulation in 20 years, the new regulations are designed to better protect your privacy and provide you with more awareness of the personal information that is being collected from or about you, why it is being collected, how it is being used and who it is being shared with (and why).
Scottish Rugby is committed to protecting your personal information and respecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy sets out the purposes for which we will collect, hold and use your personal information and how this might be shared with third-parties. It also explains your rights to access your personal information. You can read the Scottish Rugby Privacy Policy here.
