If the transfer has been initiated but the ticket has not yet delivered to the new account, you will be able to click Cancel Transfer to recall the ticket.
However, mobile tickets cannot be recalled via the Scottish Rugby Ticketing App once they have been delivered to another individual's account.
If you have sent the ticket to the wrong contact, or you have sent the incorrect ticket to a contact, then you will need to ask your friend/guest to transfer the ticket back to you.
Please note: If you have purchased a Season Pass, it is your responsibility to ensure the pass(es) are transferred back to you in the event you are unable to attend a match/matches and are transferring your pass(es) on, as the Season Pass is valid for all home games within the season.
