Mobile tickets cannot be recalled via the Scottish Rugby Ticketing App. If you have sent the ticket to the wrong contact, or you have sent the incorrect ticket to a contact, then you will need to ask your friend/guest to transfer the ticket back to you.
If you are unable to contact your friend/guest you will need to submit a request through the form below.
Please note: If you have purchased a Season Pass, it is your responsibility to ensure the pass(es) are transferred back to you in the event you are unable to attend a match/matches and are transferring your pass(es) on, as the Season Pass is valid for all home games within the season.
