Tickets will appear in the App no later than 48 hours before the match (for Season Passes, this relates to the first home game included in the Pass, as the same QR code is used for each fixture). If you cannot see the tickets in your app 48 hours before the game, please check that your details are correct on your Scottish Rugby ticketing account, including your mobile number and country.
Tickets will be sent to the mobile number registered to your online account, so do ensure this is kept up to date - the order confirmation email will not show the leading '0' or country code, but this will not affect delivery. Your tickets will only appear in the Ticketing App once they have been issued to the mobile ticketing platform. You will still be able to see your purchase through your online account under the account menu - Account Management then Account History. You will be able to see all previous transactions and resend a confirmation email should you need to.
