Tickets should show in the app no later than 48 hours before the game (for Season Passes, this would relate to the first home game included in the Pass as the same QR code will be used for each match). If you cannot see the tickets in your app, please check that your details are correct on your Scottish Rugby ticketing account, including your mobile number and country.
If your mobile number on your ticketing account is incorrect, or does not match the one you have registered on the Scottish Rugby Ticketing App, your tickets will arrive once your account information is updated.
