Following government advice, we have taken the decision to close our ticket office for walk-up queries until further notice.

Telephone Lines - AVAILABLE We have a new phone system in place and are now able to take incoming calls. You can contact us on 0131 378 1600, 10am-2pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
Live Chat - PLEASE CHECK STATUS
During particularly busy periods, chat can be unavailable. Live chat is usually available Monday / Tuesday / Tuesday and Friday 10am - 4pm by simply clicking on the "Chat" bubble at the bottom right of any of our Ask pages. If the "Chat" button is not available you can get in touch by email or submit an enquiry through our feedback form.
