During particularly busy periods, chat can be unavailable. Live chat is usually available Monday / Tuesday / Thursday and Friday, 10am - 4pm by simply clicking on the "Chat" bubble at the bottom right of any of our Ask pages. If the "Chat" button is not available you can get in touch by email or submit an enquiry through our feedback form.
