Stewards have the ability to request assistance from their Supervisor or our Ticketing team on the day. Your matchday experience is a priority for the team at Scottish Gas Murrayfield and whilst we appreciate the occurrence of issues on matchday is inconvenient and can often have a detrimental impact, we strive to resolve such problems in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of all involved.
Informing the Customer Services team of problems after the event is equally important. Feedback from events can be sent to us via the contact form and complaints can be made in writing and are subject to Scottish Rugby's Complaints Procedure.
