Transfer a Debenture

To complete a Debenture transfer, we would need the following:

· A completed Stock Transfer form. Please use the example copy below to help you complete this form.

· The original Debenture Certificates. If the Certificates are missing, please fill in the attached indemnity form.

· A cheque for £20 (made payable to Scottish Rugby Union) 

Please return all the completed paperwork to Debenture Transfers, Ticket Centre, Scottish Gas Murrayfield, Edinburgh, EH12 5PJ. 

Subject to the appropriate documentation being received, this process may take in the region of 4 weeks. This timeline is variable therefore if you require to be updated regarding the status of your transfer request, please email debentures@sru.org.uk.

Can I sell / gift my Debenture? 

Yes, this can be done by completing a “Stock Transfer Form”. Make sure you complete the correct form, depending on what type of debenture you have.
