How do I purchase my Debenture tickets?
Murrayfield Debenture holders will have the opportunity to purchase their Debenture seats as a Scotland Season Pass or as individual match tickets for the Guinness Six Nations series. Murrayfield Debenture reservations should purchase their ticket reservation online. You can contact the Customer Services team by phone or email for assistance if required.
For instructions on how to purchase a reservation please visit: Purchasing Reserved Tickets Online.
Irredeemable Debenture holders must purchase tickets over the phone. We can be contacted on 0131 378 1600 (option 1). To review our most up to date operating times, visit the Contact Us page.
Can I still submit a booking form like I have done in previous years?
We will no longer be sending out booking forms in the post.
Due to first-come, first-served nature of the sale of Irredeemable Debenture match tickets, booking by phone is the most efficient method, although we do anticipate a high volume of calls during the first few days of sales.
How many tickets can I apply for?
Murrayfield Debenture Holders are able to apply for one ticket per seat held for each home International match held at Scottish Gas Murrayfield for the Guinness Six Nations series only. For the Summer Test matches, Murrayfield Debenture holders will have a pre-window to purchase tickets prior to the public sale.
Irredeemable Debenture Holders are entitled to purchase two tickets per Irredeemable Debenture held for each International match played at Scottish Gas Murrayfield.
When is the closing date for applications for Guinness Six Nations?
The Murrayfield Debenture deadline for Guinness Six Nations tickets is 31 August. Scottish Rugby wants to ensure that as many supporters as possible are given the opportunity to purchase tickets to see the International team in action. Due to this, it is important that we know how many tickets have not been taken up by Debenture Holders so that these can be allocated to other sales groups such as Home Clubs and Youth Groups and Schools.
Irredeemable Debenture holders have until 31 December to purchase Guinness Six Nations tickets but it is advised that applications are made early as placement is made on a first come, first served basis.
What happens if I miss the deadline?
Bookings not made by the deadline are re-allocated to other prior rights groups as well as public sales. These tickets are immediately available to these groups and therefore it is unlikely that applications made after the deadline will be successful.
When will my tickets arrive?
Tickets will be sent to the Scottish Rugby Ticketing App. For more information please visit Mobile Ticketing.
What should I do if I lose my tickets?
If you have not received your tickets by the week before the match, please contact us by email on ticket.centre@sru.org.uk. This email should include your full details, the section and seat numbers booked and the reason you are not in possession of the tickets to allow our team to assist further.

Am I entitled my Debenture seats at concerts or other events held at the stadium?
Debenture holders are not guaranteed tickets for concerts or other events held at Scottish Gas Murrayfield. In other situations, where Scottish Rugby maintain direct control over ticket allocations, where possible, Debenture Holders will be able to apply for a ticket within a time limit detailed at the time.
Can I sell my Debenture ticket on the secondary market?
Tickets can be gifted or transferred at face value only. In line with Scottish Rugby’s Ticketing Terms and Conditions, tickets must not be transferred or sold (or offered for transfer or sale) through any secondary ticketing service provider, auction site or website. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions will result in sanctions being imposed by Scottish Rugby on the person to whom the original ticket[s] were sold. Visit Terms and Conditions for more information.
