How can I pay for my Scotland Season Pass(es)?
Scotland Season Passes can be purchased by Direct Debit and split over a 4-month instalment plan, or by Credit/Debit card. In addition to these method of payment options available, we are also offering two new renewal options:
- Subscribe (previously called ‘Auto-Renewal’)
If you select the option to ‘Subscribe’, your Season Pass(es) will be automatically renewed for the following season (regardless of whether you paid in full by credit/debit card, or by direct debit);
- Renew
If you choose not to subscribe, your Season Pass(es) for the following season will be reserved in your ticketing account during the renewal window (dates will be confirmed in renewal information prior to the following season), during which time you can choose whether or not you want to buy it/them for the following season. If you do not wish to renew, you can cancel the reservation or, if no payment is made, the pass(es) will be automatically cancelled after the renewal period and released for general sale.
When are the Direct Debit collection dates?
Direct Debit payments will be taken in FOUR monthly instalments on the dates shown below.
I paid for my 2023/24 Scotland Season Pass(es) by Direct Debit, how do I move or change to another category?
Opportunities to move are likely to be extremely limited. If you wish to explore a seat move option, please contact us between Monday 15th - Friday 19th April to explore seat move availability.
Please note phone lines are expected to be extremely busy during this time.
I paid for my 2023/24 Scotland Season Pass(es) by Direct Debit; can I purchase additional during the renewal period?
No, additional passes are not available during this renewal period. The purchase limit for season passes is 2 per person. If you wish to purchase additional seat(s) you can do so during the public sale or through the pre-sale window if you are a member of the Scotland Supporters Club. All purchases are subject to availability and there is no guarantee that any additional seats purchased during the pre-sale or public sale would be next to your current seats.
If you are a Debenture Holder or existing Season Pass Holder who paid by Direct Debit and have already exceeded the limit of 2, you will not be able to purchase any additional Season Passes.

What are the prices for Season 2024/25?
Why is there an Order Processing Fee?
Scottish Rugby will apply a non-refundable booking fee per ticket / season pass to cover the overheads associated with the processing and issuing of tickets. These fees will be added to your booking at the point of payment.
Why are there now seven categories of Scotland Season Pass?
We are constantly reviewing our pricing policy to provide fans with the widest range of tickets and offers to suit all budgets, to allow the fairest possible access to tickets. To ensure we have more seats available to accommodate our family-friendly offers (e.g. Groups & Schools Offer, Free Kids Offer, U18s tickets) this season will see the introduction of two different stadium layouts: one for the Autumn Nations Series, and one for the Guinness Six Nations Championship.
The vast majority of seats currently occupied by Scotland Season Pass holders will remain in the same category for both series of games. However, some Season Pass seats straddle categories so their holders will have a hybrid Season Pass, where their category for the Autumn Nations Series will be different to the one for the Guinness Six Nations. As the Season Pass is the sum of the individual tickets for each game, to accommodate those seats straddling the two stadium layouts, the Season Pass will now be categorised Category 1-7.
Why has there been a stadium recategorisation?
In 2023/24 renewal communications we announced our intention to undertake a full review of the stadium manifest, a project we called “Project 24/25”. It’s been ten years since we last undertook such an extensive review and much has changed in the intervening time, with many more internationals now being played than ever before, ranging from enormously popular games where demand significantly exceeds supply, to the games against lower ranked opposition which don’t tend to generate the same level of interest.
What was the outcome of Project 24/25?
We are committed to making Scottish Gas Murrayfield more accessible and ensuring fans have the fairest possible access to tickets. The results of the Project 24/25 Review are summarised as follows:
- The Scotland Season Pass retains its place as our premier multi-match package;
- New stadium seating configurations created for the Autumn Nations Series and Guinness Six Nations matches;
- New payment options and subscription scheme;
- Almost all current auto-renewing customers given the opportunity to renew their Season Pass(es) in their current seat(s).
Why is there no autorenewal for Season 2024/25?
Due to the introduction of new renewal and payment options, and the new stadium category configuration, we are not running an automatic renewal for the 2024/25 season to allow all Season Pass holders to review the changes and any potential impact to their seat(s), as well as being able to select their method of payment and renewal going forward.
If I don’t click to ‘subscribe’ this year, will I lose my pass(es)?
No, if you choose not to, or accidentally do not opt to subscribe this season, your Season Pass(es) for the following season will be reserved in your ticketing account during the renewal window (dates will be confirmed in renewal information prior to the following season), during which time you can choose whether or not you want to buy it/them for the following season. You can then opt to subscribe the following year should you wish to do so.
I have a Scotland Supporters Club Membership; do I need a Season Pass?
The Supporters Club membership is different to the Scotland Season Pass product.
The Supporters Club membership provides pre-sale access to sales along with other benefits, while the Season Pass is your ticket to all home games included in the season. You may wish to purchase either one, or both products. The Scotland Supporters Club membership will give pre-sale access to the Scotland Season Pass sales.
Please also note that if you become a Season Pass holder, this will affect the number of tickets you can purchase for future games within the season as a Scotland Supporters Club Member i.e. if the cap for a match is 2 tickets and you have 2 or more Season Passes, you will not be able to purchase within the priority access period with your Supporters Club membership.
Can I sell my Season Pass on the secondary market?
No, Season Passes and match tickets are NOT permitted to be transferred or sold (or offered for transfer or sale) through any secondary ticketing service provider, auction site or website. Any passes or tickets found to be offered for sale on any secondary site will be contravening our ticketing Terms & Conditions and will be cancelled and made void. Anyone found to be selling passes or tickets in direct contravention of the ticketing T&Cs will be subject to appropriate sanctions and may be prevented from purchasing any further passes or tickets.
How will I receive my Scotland Season Pass(es)?
After a successful launch of all Scotland match tickets in 2022 and Scotland Season Passes in 2023, the 2024/25 Scotland Season Pass will be issued via the Scottish Rugby Ticketing App.
You can then transfer any additional Season Pass(es) to other members of your party within the app – find guidance here.
You should receive your Pass(es) no later than 10 days prior to the first game.
Where do I find the Ticketing Terms & Conditions?
You can view our ticketing Terms & Conditions by clicking here. Please ensure you read these carefully, you will be asked to agree to the T&Cs at the point of purchase.
