What is “My Network”?
Having people in your network allows to you manage season tickets, match tickets, and memberships on behalf of your friends and family.
Please note that each member requires an online ticketing account with a personal email address* against their account for you to be able to add them to your network. If they do not have one, instructions on how to create an account can be found here: How do I create/activate my account?
If the person you want to add to your network is already an active season ticket holder, they should not create a new account as they will already have one and creating a duplicate account will not link their tickets and may cause issues when trying to access their correct account.
*We appreciate that young children will not have their own access to emails, but we advise parents and guardians where possible, to set one up and manage it for them. Without this you will not be able to manage their tickets online. You can use your email address for your account and your child's however you MUST ensure you have individual and separate passwords for each account to differentiate between each account.

If you have previously assigned a Season Pass to another supporter but you wish to continue to pay for these then you must have the ability to “Manage” tickets for each assignee.
To do this, please find steps below.
Step 1: Find the member in your Network and click on the drop down arrow.
Step 2: To manage tickets for the member, click on Edit then make sure the MANAGE option is selected. Click on Send Request. This will send an email to them to advise of your request.
Step 3: The person you have requested to add to your network will receive the email to advise them of your request to manage tickets on their behalf, with instructions on how to proceed.
Step 4: To accept your request, the member will now need to log into their online account and go to their Network where they will see the Ticket Management Request. Once they click Accept Request, the permission will be active.

If you have not yet assigned the passes to another supporter, please email ticket.centre@sru.org.uk with the seat details of the pass you wish to assign, along with the full name and client reference number of the person you wish to assign to.
I am looking to purchase season tickets for myself and my family, but I would like each of the season tickets to be in the individual names - how do I do this?

Both myself and my partner have Scotland Supporters Club memberships and the game we would like to go to has a purchase limit of two tickets per membership. We would like to purchase 4 tickets to this match to bring our 2 children, how do we do we ensure all 4 tickets are together without having to log in separately to buy 2 tickets each?
If you add your partner to your network, when purchasing tickets for the game you will be able to add 4 tickets to your basket but will not be able to buy these as your limit is 2. You will however be prompted to assign 2 of the tickets to another member. As your partner has a membership you will be able to assign the other 2 tickets to them and then be able to proceed to buy these.
