You will have a Scottish Rugby ticketing account if you have ever purchased tickets or memberships with Scottish Rugby, Glasgow Warriors or Edinburgh Rugby. To access your account online, you must first activate your account on the e-ticketing site.

Enter your Client Reference Number and your email address then click Find My Account. You will be taken to a page to enter your details and activate your ticketing account. If you do not have your client reference number please visit Where can I find my Client Reference Number? or email our Customer Services team.
If you see the message below after clicking Find My Account, your ticketing account is already active. You can reset your password using the forgotten password link and enter your client reference number and email address.
