Your Scottish Rugby Ticketing Account has a unique number known as your Client Reference Number (CRN).
Your CRN is used to identify your account and is required to reset your password online.
It can also be used when assigning tickets or adding members to your network (see more information on your network here: How do I set up 'My Network'?).
To locate your client reference number, please log into your online account and click on the person icon in the top right-hand corner. Your CRN will be displayed next your name in the top right of the screen.
If you are having trouble logging into your account and require your client reference number you can find this on most email or post communication from the ticket centre, on your tickets or season passes, or you can request it by emailing ticket.centre@sru.org.uk from the email address on your ticketing account.
