Your Scottish Rugby Ticketing Account has a unique number known as your client reference number (CRN).
Your client reference number can be used to identify your account and will be required to reset your account password online. It can also be used when assigning tickets or adding members to your network (see more information on your network here: Buying Tickets and Memberships via My Network).
To locate your client reference number, please log into your online account and click on the person icon in the top right-hand corner. Your CRN will be displayed under your name.
If you are having trouble logging into your account and require your client reference number you can find this on most email or post communication from the ticket centre, on your tickets or season passes, or you can request it by emailing ticket.centre@sru.org.uk from the email address on your ticketing account.
