The below instructions explain how to pay for reserved tickets within your online account. These instructions are only relevant if we have contacted you and invited you to log in and pay.
Step 1 – Log into your account
Please log into your account through the Scottish Rugby online ticket centre. You must ensure you are logged into the correct account to be able to see all of the tickets available to you.
To check you are in the correct account, please ensure the client reference number on your emails and letters from us is the same number that appears under 'My Account' when you log in online.
If your email address is used for more than one account you must ensure that you have separate passwords for each account so that the system can differentiate between each account associated with your email. You can reset your password online using your email and client reference number.
If you did not intend to have more than one account, please email Ticket Centre from the email address on your account and we can help you access the correct account.
If you need any more guidance on accessing your account online please visit How do I access my Account Online?.
If this is your first time logging into your account, please follow the guidance here: How do I activate my Scottish Rugby ticketing account? – Scottish Rugby.
Step 2 - How to find your tickets
Your reserved tickets (and any others that you manage on behalf of other supporters through your network) will show in your notifications bar under My Account. For more information on My Network and managing privileges please see Buying multiple tickets via My Network.
Click the My Account icon in the top right hand corner to see your reserved tickets.
Click on the number of tickets which will take you to a screen showing the different matches you have reserved tickets for.
Step 3 - Reviewing your tickets
Once you have selected 'Reserved Tickets' you will see a list with the available matches for which you have tickets reserved to purchase.
By clicking 'Show Reserved Tickets' under a specific match, you will see a list of the available tickets for this game. The name of the ticket holder and their client reference is shown next to each seat.
All of the seats will be selected by default so you must untick any you do not require. PLEASE NOTE: You must do this for each game individually.
Once you are happy with the selected seats, please click 'Add to Basket'. If you need to make any changes to the ticket type (Adult / Student / Under 18), you can do this at the next stage.
Step 4 - Make required changes
At this stage you can make changes to the ticket type, for example from an Adult to an Under 18. To do this, please use the drop down menu next to the relevant seat details to change the Class.
Once you have made any necessary changes, click 'Proceed to Checkout' to make payment and confirm your booking.
Step 5 - Making payment
Once you have confirmed the tickets you require, you can go ahead with the payment.
Only the lead purchaser will receive a booking confirmation, we are unable to send confirmation to any other supporters that you purchase on behalf of through your network. However, the other ticket holders will be able to see their tickets under their own online account.
While the tickets will be in the name of the assigned individual, all tickets will be sent to the lead purchaser where 'manage ticket' privileges have been granted.
